Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Daisy & Dust. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.
1. Delivery Areas
Daisy & Dust currently delivers throughout South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on our website.
2. Shipping Partner
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store to Door or another reputable courier service selected by Daisy & Dust.
Courier services may change from time to time without prior notice.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During promotional periods, holidays, or periods of high order volumes, processing times may be longer.
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is:
8–11 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date your order is placed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
5. Delivery Delays
While Daisy & Dust makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- courier delays;
- adverse weather conditions;
- public holidays;
- strikes or industrial action;
- road closures;
- high shipping volumes;
- incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer;
- remote delivery locations; or
- other unforeseen events.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Daisy & Dust shall not be liable for delays in delivery caused by the courier or events beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Daisy & Dust will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional courier charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- no one is available to receive the parcel;
- the address provided is incorrect;
- the courier cannot gain access to the delivery location; or
- the parcel is returned to Daisy & Dust,
the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery costs incurred for re-delivery.
8. Risk and Ownership
Ownership of the goods passes to the customer once full payment has been received.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to the delivery address provided during checkout.
9. Delivery Inspection
Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is received.
If the parcel appears damaged, or items are missing or incorrect, please contact Daisy & Dust within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where applicable.
10. Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may occasionally be delayed.
11. Force Majeure
Daisy & Dust shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, power failures, or failures of courier services.
